Description

The Ace V has been built with efficiency in mind. Designed with a 4 stage pumping unit accompanied by a gas recovery system, the booster is ‘zero-loss’. Gas that leaks towards the monoblock is collected and re-introduced back into the system’s 2nd stage. A vital part of any compressor is obviously the motor. The Ace V is fitted with an 11 to 1 three-phase electric motor which is 5 kW. The Ace V has an electrical cabinet that has been fitted and programmed with a range of features. This includes an electromechanical pressure switch that will automatically stop the compressor if it reaches max pressure, an no-load start system that will automatically drain every it is switched off, as well as various gauges to display working pressure for individual stages. The booster has been designed with an open frame chassis. It has a range of different gauges and indicators fitted onto the front of the casing to allow for easy management and maintenance of the booster.
