Our Beaver seamless steel cylinder packages adhere to strict European PED specifications, ensuring that your CE marked cylinder is approved for use throughout the European Community, setting them apart from inferior designs. Crafted from precision-grade steel that surpasses BS 708 A 37 standards, the cylinder's body boasts exceptional tensile strength and an elastic modulus three times superior to aluminum. The cylinder undergoes precise coating with 40µm Flame Spray Galvanizing, featuring an anti-oxidizing RAL 9010 precoat and a durable, smooth lacquer finish. Our cylinders come O2 clean, making them compatible with mixed gases and ready for use with Nitrox or Trimix when assembled in the appropriate environment with O2 clean valves and equipment. They also include an M25 X 2 thread cylinder valve with an EN-144-3 outlet, allowing for use with 300 Bar EN-144-3 compatible G 5/8 DIN attachments. Measuring 100mm in diameter and 515mm in length, including the valve, they weigh approximately 5.6 Kgs when empty. With a 3-liter capacity and a Maximum Working Pressure of 300 Bar, these cylinders provide 900 Litres of gas when fully charged. Their approximate buoyancy is 1.76 Kg when empty and 2.84 Kg when filled to capacity, including the valve. Please note that cylinder boots for 3-liter cylinders are not available and are not included.
