Dive Trailer Recertification service at SMP
The trailer was a custom-built system, made to the bespoke requirements of the client. The trailer housed a fully equipped dive control station which included a 3-diver air panel, an underwater video system complete with multiple monitors, a diver communication system, multiple gas cylinders, and storage for umbilicals. As part of the maintenance service, the gas cylinders will be removed and tested individually before being recertified.
SMP build a range of different dive control trailers and containerised dive control systems, each one being built to the bespoke needs of the client. These projects often include breathing air compressors, HP and LP storage gas cylinders, dive control air panels, video and communication devices, umbilicals and more. We have built these systems in a variety of different sizes such as 10ft, 15ft and 20ft containers, to better suit the spatial availability of the client’s site.
We offer maintenance and servicing on all diving equipment. As many of these systems are involved with providing gas supply to personnel, or are generally designed to provide safety, we recommend regular servicing and recertification of equipment to feel reassured that it is working up to standard.
