Life Support System currently in production at SMP
A life support system is currently being manufactured in the workshop. The machinery is being built onto a skid so that it can be relocated easily and efficiently. The system includes two Coltri MCH 21 Super Silent compressors, Coltri HP refrigerator Tornado, and a gas panel.

Using Coltri MCH 21 Super Silent compressors allows for the highest levels of air purification. The built hyperfilter purification system allows reliable treatment of the breathing air to standards of DIN EN 12021. Also, the compressors have been designed to minimise noise with a sound insulation system, making it perfect to be installed into buildings.

We are the UK authorised distributors for Coltri Compressors, offering a full range of HP compressors, LP compressors, spare parts, accessories, and consumables. We are also an official service centre for Coltri Compressors and can offer servicing and repairs of systems with our team of highly qualified and Coltri trained engineers.

The life support system will be supporting a twin lock chamber by providing the required gasses for the chamber. The 2m chamber is currently going through hydrostatic tests and we will do updates on this soon. The client operates within the medical sector and will be using the chamber and life support system to help treat patients.
