Nitrox Gas Compressor System being tested
We have a nitrox gas compressor system that is currently being tested in the workshop. The system consists of an LP 300 Nitrox Compressor and a Coltri MCH 36 Silent Compressor. The MCH 36 is equipped with a three-phase electric motor and has been designed to meet the needs of very intensive, large filling capacities. The structure of the MCH 36 Silent has been designed to greatly improve soundproofing to keep it below a threshold of 70 dB whilst in operation.
The LP 300 Nitrox compressor can deliver air at a pressure of 12 bar and up to a maximum percentage of 40% O2. Equipped with an oxygen analyser, the operator can check the percentage of O2 whilst adjusting it 22.4% to 40% using the appropriate valve.
