SMP Host Northern Regional Meeting

SMP welcomed Association Of Diving Contractors UK & Ireland (ADC) members to Northern Regional Meeting at our Preston premises on Wednesday, chaired by Taira Caton. Northern based contractors participated actively in a meaningful agenda, as well as receiving an update from 2 diving inspectors from HSE, given how stretched their resources are it is encouraging to see them engaging with ADC members in an effective way and getting their message out and listening to what members have to say. The meeting concluded with lunch and an afternoon tour at our facility and engineering workshop, Where we were able to showcase a variety of on-going projects, including a 66 man submarine rescue system, several HBOT treatment chambers in production for a hospital and private clients as well as some other diving systems including a bespoke trailer for a nuclear facility.
