The Hopkins CD07 Core Drill is an adaptation of the Stanley DL07 Drill which is suited to the most arduous of tasks for core drilling into a range of materials from masonry to reinforced concrete. As the unit comes supplied with the original 3-Jaw, 13mm capacity chuck, it is a very easy to revert the unit back to the DL07 for tasks such as wood and metal drilling. It also features instant reverse for high reliability and efficiency in all types of drilling applications.

As the CD07 can be run from a very wide hydraulic flow range (11-45lpm), it can easily cope with coring diameters ranging from 20mm through to 125mm. It also incorporates a water flush system, although this unit can be run with dry coring bits. Dual-position Assist Handle on all models provides increased control and performance on tough drilling jobs. The oversized feathering trigger and its insulated handle coating provides better control of drill speed and increased operator comfort, better grip and reduced operator fatigue. The new over-sized reversing spool is protected by heavy-duty wiper seals. These wiper seals clean away dirt as the spool is moved.

Dirt cannot get in between the spool and housing bore to create leak-causing scratches. A clean spool always runs in the housing; the dirt is left outside. The built-in reverse-check valve prevents operating the wrench when reverse plumbed to the hydraulic system. Preventing reverse operation ensures a long operating life for the hydraulic seals. Coated with a thick, tough layer of foamed-plastisol, the handle transmits very little heat. The foamed plastisol gives a more comfortable grip to the tool.

The forward position of the handle places more of the tool weight on your hand for better balance and control. The cast-in lifting eye is always available, unlike screwed-in lifting rings which may come loose and fall off. The Stanley dual-spool selector is accessible under a seal plug at the rear of the tool. Setting the tool for open or closed-centre operation is as simple as opening or closing a valve. The selector is not susceptible to moving under the vibration of use and is completely protected from accidental or unintentional access. The seal plug also protects the end of the trigger spool and dual-spool selector from water and dirt. CD07 TORQUE 4 ft lb @ 500 Psi 0.5 Nm.

Water Swivel Attachment: The CD07 Core Drill comes with a water swivel attachment enabling the use of core bits.

Wide Flow Range: It can operate over a wide flow range of 11-38lpm and can therefore use cores from 20-125mm in diameter.

Drill Bits: Supplied with the water swivel attachment and a standard 1/2" chuck. This would mean that if you purchased the CD07 you would be able to core drill and also drill using traditional steel bits, wood bits and wood augering bits.

Easy-to-use Design: Dual position assist handle, dual spool for open centre or closed centre operation, trigger guard.

Motor: The drill is powered by an integral Stanley Hyrevz motor.

Check Valve: A reverse-flow check valve prevents operation if tool is plumbed in backwards.

Couplings: The CD07 is furnished with flush face quick disconnect couplings.
