Internally, the container is thermally insulated on bulkhead walls and ceilings, maintaining a controlled environment via a dual-purpose air conditioning and heating unit. The anti-slip aluminium chequer plate flooring ensures safety and durability, making this unit ideal for rugged diving operations.
This purpose-built container is outfitted with specialised panels, control systems, and storage solutions, offering unparalleled functionality for dive teams while adhering to IMCA standards.
3-Diver Control Panel:
· Individual O2 analysis for each diver’s supply.
· Independent Low-Pressure (LP) alarms for each diver’s LP supply (adjustable range: 0 to 34 Bar).
· Tescom regulators for precise gas supply management.
Gas Supply System:
· 300 Bar High-Pressure (HP) hydrocarbon-free air and HP Nitrox from deck storage quads.
· Dedicated HP air panel with three Tescom regulators for reduced LP air supplies.
· Built-in HP air and Nitrox storage rack with individual pre-dive analysis points.
· External HP supplies routed through a 50-micron filtration system.
Breathing Air Systems:
· 340L 13-Bar air receiver with integrated breathing air filtration system.
· Piping and gauges cleaned to oxygen service standards and certified per IMCA requirements.
Workstation:
Mild steel desk with a durable polycarbonate laminate surface for charts or dive table reference.
