Dual Heat Exchangers

The system includes two individually controlled stainless-steel heat exchangers, each capable of delivering 49,000 kcal/hr of thermal power. This redundancy ensures consistent performance and operational flexibility.

Precision Temperature Control

A digital control unit mounted on the enclosure maintains water temperature to within ±1°C, ensuring optimal safety and comfort for divers.

Efficient Water Distribution

Heated water is delivered via a submersible pump operating at 10 Bar pressure, and flows are adjusted to suit the diving depth. The system's two 50-liter hot water receivers ensure consistent water delivery to divers’ umbilicals and hot water suits.

Diesel-Fired Heating

Equipped with a 64-liter diesel tank, the OF4000 offers long operational endurance, reducing the need for frequent refueling during extended missions.

Streamlined Connections

The machine features standardized JIC water inlet and outlet connections, ensuring compatibility with existing diving equipment and ease of setup.
