Description

These saws are well-suited for cutting in confined spaces and can accommodate blades up to 37” (940mm) in length. To enhance blade stability, a pipe clamp is required, and users can opt for an additional saw blade guide. Manual and automatic pipe clamps are also available, along with clamps for different profiles like beams. The two available versions include one with a lever trigger (5 1220 0050) and another with a twist trigger (5 1220 0010). For optimal performance, the Spitznas reciprocating saw requires a minimum hydraulic flow of 15 lpm. However, it can be connected to supplies of up to 50 lpm, thanks to its built-in flow bypass that redirects excess oil along the return line. A variety of blade types are offered to handle different materials with varying thicknesses. These hydraulic reciprocating saws from Spitznas are Atex approved, with models for both zones 1 and zones 2, falling under groups I and II. Additionally, they exhibit very low vibration and noise levels.

Enhanced Cutting Capability: These hydraulic reciprocating saws from Spitznas are specially designed for cutting in confined spaces, offering versatility and precision. With the capacity to accommodate blades up to 37” (940mm) in length, they can handle a wide range of cutting tasks with ease, making them suitable for various applications.

Stability and Versatility: To enhance blade stability during operation, a pipe clamp is required, and users have the option to add an additional saw blade guide for added precision. Manual and automatic pipe clamps are available, as well as clamps designed for different profiles like beams, ensuring versatility and adaptability to different cutting scenarios.

Trigger Options and Flow Bypass: The hydraulic reciprocating saws are available in two versions: one with a lever trigger and another with a twist trigger, allowing users to choose the option that best suits their preferences and comfort. Additionally, for optimal performance, the saws require a minimum hydraulic flow of 15 lpm but can be connected to supplies of up to 50 lpm, thanks to a built-in flow bypass that redirects excess oil along the return line.

Variety of Blade Types: A variety of blade types are offered to handle different materials with varying thicknesses, providing users with options to tackle various cutting tasks effectively and efficiently.

Safety and Compliance: These hydraulic reciprocating saws are Atex approved, with models available for both zones 1 and zones 2, falling under groups I and II. This certification ensures that the saws meet stringent safety standards for use in potentially hazardous environments. Additionally, they exhibit very low vibration and noise levels, enhancing user comfort and reducing fatigue during prolonged use.
