Description

The SRV-F Mk3 is an advanced free-swimming, manned submersible, engineered specifically for untethered rescue missions at depths exceeding 500 meters. This state-of-the-art Submersible Rescue Vehicle (SRV) is crewed by three operators and can transport up to 50 submariners in a single dive, ensuring robust rescue capabilities for large-scale operations. The SRV-F Mk3 is equipped with a NATO ANEP/MNEP 85 / 85.1 compliant mating skirt, featuring an innovative soft seal that enables secure connections to Distressed Submarines (DISSUBs) at angles of up to 45 degrees. This capability expands the SRV-F Mk3’s versatility in diverse underwater conditions, ensuring effective performance even in challenging rescue scenarios. SMP specialise in the design and development of submarine rescue solutions and advanced subsea systems. Our submarine rescue vehicles are utilised by navies around the globe, allowing them to be prepared should an incident occur. Our solutions include more than the submarine rescue vehicle, offering a complete package to clients which includes: decompression chambers; dive control units; launch and recovery systems; SPHLs; ROVs; and emergency decompression and ventilation systems.
