Description
The ACE III is a booster system built with a 2 stage or 3 stage pumping unit, depending on model. The 3 stage version of the model is a ‘zero loss’ variant. This pumping unit utilises a service stage to recover gas that leaks towards the monoblock and then filters it back into the 2nd stage. The booster uses an electric motor which is available in 4 to 5 three-phase specifications. The ACE III is fitted with an electric cabinet which is the main control point of the booster and also displays a lot of the monitoring data. The booster has been fitted with an electromechanical pressure switch that automatically stops the compressor once it was reached final pressure. It also as an auto-drain timer for the condensate drain. The system is built into a silenced cad chassis for reducing the noise level.
