Diving Magnet with Handle

This fully assembled diving magnet, complete with a handle, eye-nut, and screw, has been designed in collaboration with commercial divers working in both inshore and offshore environments. The magnet features a N42 Neodymium pot magnet capable of supporting 165kg, with a maximum breaking force of up to 200kg when pulled perpendicular to the magnetic face, in direct contact with a mild steel surface of equal thickness.

The handle is constructed from 6mm 316 stainless steel, known as the best marine-grade steel available. It has been laser-cut and CNC folded with rounded edges to prioritise the diver's safety and protect their suit and equipment. The handle is also sandblasted for a refined, durable finish. The M8 A4 eye-nut and screw are made from 316 stainless steel and secured with Loctite 243. A 15mm hole at the end of the handle is perfectly sized for attaching carabiners.
