Diving Magnet with Scraper and Paracord
Description
This fully assembled diving magnet, featuring a handle, scraper, eye-nut, and screw, is expertly designed with input from commercial divers for both inshore and offshore environments. It includes a N42 Neodymium pot magnet with a support capacity of 165kg and a breaking force of up to 200kg when pulled perpendicular to the magnetic face on a mild steel surface.
The handle is made from 6mm 316 stainless steel, the highest marine-grade steel available. It is laser-cut, CNC-folded with rounded edges, and sandblasted for durability and safety. Each handle side is laser-cut to 1.5mm and wrapped in 4mm paracord for added comfort. A built-in scraper makes it ideal for removing heavy marine growth.
The eye-nut and screw are M8 A4 steel, equivalent to 316 stainless steel, and secured with Loctite 243. A 15mm hole at the end of the handle is perfect for carabiner attachments.
This diving magnet is essential for underwater inspections, hull work, and activities near mild steel structures. Its powerful N42 Neodymium magnet ensures a strong grip, while the stainless steel handle allows for easy tool attachment and detachment. The magnet is coated to withstand extreme conditions and maintain full performance in challenging environments. Note: It is not intended for lifting and should be rinsed with freshwater after seawater use. This top-quality diving magnet is expertly crafted for subsea applications.
